The project involves 36 youngsters (20- to 25-year-olds) from 4 European countries. There is a preparatory phase in which there will be the APV, the selection and for the preparation of the group. During the exchange, we intend to combine activities of teambuilding, such as the reorganization of a public garden with recycled materials and many workshops of physical theatre, with non-formal education tools.
In detail, the project will offer at its participants: 14 exercises between icebreaker and energizer 5 team building activities (guerilla gardening) 6 theatre workshop 3 outdoor visits
Every morning there will be collective meetings and every evening reflection groups in small groups. After the exchange, the follow-up activities will be evaluation and dissemination directly carried out by the participants.
In a time when everything flows fast, we feel the need to return to our roots, to know what man has in common in all the cultures of the world, his fears and his thrusts towards the divine, the infinite. From there we want to move our steps. That’s why we chose the name G.R.O.W. , an acronym for Genesis and roots Of the World.
